If we didn't make money I wouldn't do this. Lots of headaches and pains in the ass but also I'm 42, have a paid off house worth well over a million bucks, have a few rentels, multiple pieces of land and two commercial buildings paid for. It's been a tough 20 years getting here but I believe it has been worth it so far. I'm also hard to work for, I pay well and treat people good but I expect 110 percent all the time. If my broken ass can do it then a kid can to. I expect my jobs to be done right and as efficient as possible. My thing is time management, maximize what you can do and skip all the ******** in between and things work out well. Problem is these people don't know how to be efficient or just don't care. My goal is to do less construction and more automotive stuff as I get older. I'm using construction to pay for what I want to do later in life.
