I go tomorrow for a blood draw for my yearly checkup that's next week.
I finished my medigap sign up yesterday and I did my taxes today. I'm not paying until I have to because I owe a bunch.

Well they cancelled my yearly checkup and rescheduled to August because the PA is on maternity leave. There's a new Dr in the practice so I scheduled with her instead of the PA they had me scheduled with. I'm ok with the reschedule because I'll be on Medicare then... Cheaper for me.

Other half went in yesterday for her annual blood test. First appointment was 1230, which is tough after fasting. She got there for her appointment and the computer was down, so they canceled her appointment until tomorrow, again at 1230. She is pissed off and madder than a wet hen. I can't blame her though, since I'm the kind of person you don't talk to unless I've had my morning coffee.
Went to my monthly cop luncheon today. Everyone here had between 30 and 40 years on the street. We were bad ***** then, now we're just *****.

I can sympathize with her. I scheduled my labs for 7:30 am. I can delay breakfast sometimes until 10 or 10:30am if I've had coffee and I'm busy with something... But waiting until 12:30 would be really difficult for me.
