There is, but they never overturn a decision.

I've appealed Medicare twice. I've won two and lost one. If your doc appeals, with good reasoning, it is never denied.

They are wanting me to use a generic. The Doctor is trying now to get it approved.

So my niece learned a lesson today. She is in California and was going to wine country so I asked her to stop by my buddies winery and grab me a case of wine since she is coming up for Christmas. Told her to have some tastings on me while she is there. My buddy will make it an open tab of whatever she wants for free. She stopped and grabbed my wine but declined the tasting because she had a reservation at another winery. When she got to the other winery and she had a horrible experience and they gave her some store bought sparkling cider instead of wine. Ill have to rub it in for a while.

Good morning everyone

My mom took a turn for the worse overnight and she's on a ventilator and in pretty critical condition now.
She's 90 and has bounced back so many times, but I don't think she's bouncing back from this. She even graduated out of a hospice facility around 6 years ago. Who does that?
I'm glad I got to video call with her Saturday.
