Sorry to hear that. This getting old stuff gets frustrating. I get mad when I can't do things I'd always done before.

I've been feeling that lately. I get frustrated with myself all the time.

Whassup all. Day 3, hip still out of whack. Took a 2 mile walk, nice and slow, to the barber. Shopped a bit while walking home, and hip is much better now.
