Good morning everyone!
Afternoon. Two weeks in the hospital sure messed up my legs.
Using a walker most of the time. Can barely walk with a cane.
At least I have my wife here to help me.I believe you, I still haven't regained what I lost from the two weeks I spent in the hospital a year ago.

I was in what is supposed to be the best hospital in the area. Came home with a bed sore and a yeast infection.
Food there was just nasty. I was first on a liquid diet, a broth that tasted like salt water. Then I was on a cardiac diet, where nothing had any flavor. Lost 20 lbs. in 12 days. After my stay I was not impressed with the cleanliness or the food.

So, my son was in a Phoenix hospital for 3 days on 11/14 for an intestinal blockage, and today he is in the Kaiser Hospital in Ontario because he picked up a ricochet while shooting yesterday. It hit his hand, and today he can't move it now. Damn kids.
I got one bath in 12 days. They treated my bed sore once too. That's the same amount of weight I lost in 13 days. 13 days in a hospital and only got two baths.
I told them that there food looked like dog food.

When they were moving me from ICU to a regular room, they ran into a door frame and broke my catheter bottle and almost pulled out my IV pic line.I'd be calling the patient advocate ASAP

They were all working 12 hour shifts.I was fortunate in that regard, no moving upsets.
They kept telling me they were short staffed.
