It's worth it. Keep a spray bottle of water handy though to keep the flames down. It's excellent though I always did bacon wrapped stuffed jalapeños.

Nope, cook over low heat and after you take the bacon off, crank up the heat and hit it with a srsy bottle of water. Clean a a whistle.

Mama says that is unhealthy for me. I did grill a few new york steaks tonight, and they kicked ass. By the way, I really like the meat at Stater Bros. markets.
