Loaded up the ladder, went to look at a leak on a rental house. I think the repair will cost more than the house is worth. I forget how lucky I am sometimes until I see how some other folks live...
Morning all.
Most is lack of general maintenance. On top of that most is because they dont know how or cant afford to repair and are not willing to learn. I see a lot of young people living in crap because they dont try and learn anything.
