Those 5.4 three valves are crammed into the engine bay. This is the second one this year.

I never understood why they build crap so tight that it is a pain to work on.

I wouldn't be surprised that the motor and transmission is already in the frame when the cab is lowered onto the frame.

They are. But the engineer never has to work on them.

Very true, that's why that the maIn wiring harness is bolted to the back of the intake manifold.

It makes sense to them when they design it but dam it has to be a better way to pull out the engine.

This is a 2004 and it doesn't have the removable radiator support either.
