All this working is really cutting into my drinking time. Last three days all my awake hours have been getting a rental back into rentals state. Evicted a guy and nothing but issues. Had a Ptrap that was disconnected when I got the place back and didn't think much of it but now that I put a new sink in and hooked it up nothing drains. Not even a drop.

I got plenty of room and board right now and beer. This rental is almost done then I have another I'm in the middle of remodeling and I just bought another that needs a roof, paint and a yard.
