Put a brisket on the smoker at 7 this morning. Just wrapped and put it on the grill to finish. It's at 175 pushing to 200-205. I had a lil taste, it's awesome...love me some smoked brisket. Just used kosher salt and fresh ground black pepper. Time to kick back and take a nap.
