When my daughter worked for Butterball, she said they were the best workers. Americans would not stay. They did not want to get dirty. Plant had the best wages in the area and provided insurance.

They have pretty much taken over the roof installations around here, problem is they are becoming Americanized real quick.
From my first hand experience, I started my company hiring white guys, after about a year my crew was all Mexican. They had no drama, showed up on time and wanted to work.
I will say there are two different kinds. Hard working and then lazy druggy theif ones.

Same as young white guys. One reason I have worked by myself for years. Most young men are lazy, into drugs or both.
