Walked into the country store to get a sandwich on the way home today, there at the deli counter was this really attractive female from the back. When she turned around you could see the meth face, red sores, looked like she could have been at one time really good looking. What a shame the toll meth takes on folks.
We have super harsh penalties for drugs. We have drugs here but it's not a big problem. Pot will put you in jail here
I've known a lot of people that have taken that path

I just don't understand how someone who knows what that crap does to you would voluntary stick that stuff in their body.

Have a SIL who was beautiful in her 20s. By the time she was 40, she looked like her mother's older sister.
I partied when I was younger but seeing the older people i was hanging out with was enough for me to not want it. I had friends parents that did meth and I always taught they were old, that was 25 years ago. Turns out they are in their 60s now so they were pretty young then.
In other news my alcoholic buddy that I grew up with is in the hospital with pancreatitis and they are detoxing him, will be there another week. I was talking to him and he said he might cut back a little. Doesn't get it that this is the beginning of the end. I had a talk with his doctor who is going to let him know that if he doesn't quit he will die. They want him to go to an inpatient facility when he leaves there. So far he doesn't think he needs it. He just turned 40.

Not sure Tom, probably kick back for a few days then maybe hit the road and do some visiting.
Morning all. Get to go dig up a water line on one of those footing jobs I did that i lost my ass on. General say water comes out of the ground immediately when he turns it on. It's coming out in the middle of my run where there is no joints and also where the gas company crossed my trench with their line. Of course he says it couldn't be the gas company because they dont dig as deep as my line by 6 inches. There is now way a backhoe could accidentally dig 6 inches too much i guess.
