Bad pump, clogged fuel line, clogged filter or the carb itself is plugged.

Is the pump able to draw gas? ( Does it have enough suction.)

I had the line to the carb unhooked. Used a new rubber line from the pump to the gas can. Not one drop through the fuel pump.

It's a mechanical pump correct? If so the arm is correctly hitting the cam.

Got the old truck running. The new pump was bad. Still won't draw from the tank. Next up, drop the tank.
