My neighbor said he got them last week, and he has poison all over his house. He figured they were coming in from the plumbing. I haven't found the source but I plan on ******** my house in Spectracide.

MURFREESBORO, Tenn. --
A Texas woman told police she was sexually assaulted after she was squirted with water by a toy at a hibachi restaurant in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.

The woman, Isabelle Lassiter, said she was at Wasabi Japanese Steakhouse with her husband and two children when the incident happened.

The chefs said along with dinner, patrons also get a show. However, Isabelle Lassiter and her husband James Lassiter told NewsChannel 5 the cooks showed a little too much.

According to a police report, one of the chefs admitted the toy squirted water in Isabelle Lassiter's face.

"It peed on me...basically, out of his... wee wee area" Isabelle Lassiter said.

The Lassiters, who are originally from Texas, were in Tennessee for work and the couple said they were mortified.

"It really didn't have a wiener, but you got the point," Isabelle Lassiter said.

The Lassiters were so upset, they called the police citing assault.

"It was a sexual style assault on my wife," James Lassiter said.

When officers arrived at the restaurant, they noted the toy wasn't anatomically correct.

The officer wrote, "I observed the toy to have no penis and just a hole for the water to shoot out."

"You hold it aside... and (spray) and water comes out," Wasabi General Manager Johnny Huang said while demonstrating how the toy works.

However, the Lassiters claim that does not matter.

"Just because somebody cut off a piece of plastic, OK it's not there anymore...doesn't change the fact that your getting peed on," James Lassiter said.

The manager of Wasabi did issue an apology to the couple, but said he has never had any complaints about the toy in the past.

"The kids like it, they think it's a water gun, kind of like a water gun you know," Huang said.

However, the manager said going forward the chefs will ask for permission before showing the toy boy again.
