Late morning all. Just got a quote to tear out and rebuilt two of the three bathrooms. I supply tile, flooring and faucets. $5300 a piece. Demo out existing tile floors throughout the house and carpeting, then install new wood plank ceramic tile wall to wall throughout the house is $10,350, and I purchase the tile (so far, another $7500). So, deciding if spending $30K will help resale down the road, or just sell the house as is when the time comes?

Might help for resale, but I doubt you'll gett all your money back. Contact a real estate agent and seek their advise, they should know what the market wants.

So, I found a 2015 Ram 2500 4x4 with the 6.4 Hemi not the 5.7. What do y'all know about the 6.4? 58k on the clock
Should be a good truck and not kill you like a diesel on maintenance.
In the year and a half that I have been in the shop there has not been one hemi come in for anything but an oil change.

I love my 1500 with the 5.7, it's just not geared low enough it has the 355 rear and I wish it had a 373 or 410. The 5.7 will absolutely fly.
Why dont you just regear it?

I'm beat, I've been doing maintenance on a house that my realtor has for sale and they called me out to spray wasps and told me to bring several cans of spray. I got there and there was well over a hundred nests, I used all twelve cans I brought and needed more, I'm surprised I didnt get stung. I have never seen so many in my life.
Tomorrow I'm going out to get firewood, taking my dump truck and a trailer. I'm gonna be tired tomorrow. Good news is my wife wants me to stop at the polaris dealer on my way and look into a side x side.
