So I have been fighting an insurance company for three and a half years from when I got rear ended at 60mph while I was stopped. All I ever wanted was the money I have out of pocket given back to me. It has been several trips to court houses and countless hours of ******** and they have me a lowball offer a year ago so we went back at them. I had to go back there years in payroll to prove I took time off when I was in the hospital. I got their new offer today and its the same as the last offer a year ago. I hope none of you guys use Allstate for anything in your lives, they are scum of people. Here is my last email to my lawyer.
So all this extra work and ******** just to give me the same offer as before? After I pay my lawyer fees it is costing me a couple thousand dollars, countless hours of my time, pain that is still with me daily all because they are low life piece of **** people that can only think about the almighty dollar they saved. I hope they die in a horrible accident with a person insured by Allstate because we all know lawyers like him go to hell in the end.
I think I need to start seeing a doctor again!

Im still dealing with workers comp from an injury that occurred on 5/09/07. The wheels of justice roll real slow when you are on the receiving end. Go to a doctor now, then a chiropractor, then an acupuncturist, then back to the doc. Make their heads spin!

The insurer of the guy who hit me. My lawyer worked for them for a short time, says they fight everything no matter how small, right or wrong.

Very similar thing with me, rear-ended, allstate.... It took me getting a 'second laywer', a very agggressive one. After five years and seven months the new guy nailed them in three months. It was in Colorado District Court and I recieved a Triple Penalty against Allstate... Yes they had to pay 3x the amount that we were seeking due to their BS. The Judge was very, very, very upset with the way that Allstate handled the claim with me. You may need to find a more agressive attorney!!!!!!
It was a judgement and payment north of $200K.

When i investigated collisions for a living, i would often deem the Allstate insured at fault. Their adjusters would call, cussing me out. Many times, when i proved their clients wrong, they would decline to pay the claim, regardless. I stood by my reports and would tell the other folks just to sue Allstate AND their insured, and you would be surprised how fast they would settle.
