Well I lost 10 psi in 2 hours, dammit. I tried the soap and nothing. It just donned on me that it could be the little drain valve at the base. I unscrewed it a few weeks ago, and remember it being really rough and rusted. Could this be the bugger causing me this problem? Sray tuned....

Yep, it well could be the the 'drain' at the tank bottom. If in a humid climate area those should be 'bled off' quite a bit, moisture will get in the tank.

@Chris, I wanted to use copper but my walls had all been rocked, textured and painted! Just didn't want to solder (char) all that up around the walls. I did get a slope on the pipe as I have some 60' runs, and put in four drip legs with valves and plugs for any moisture at each wall corner. It was well overdone, with actually too many connection points, 14 of them... LoL... I swore that if I ever was to have another big garage I wouldn't have hoses ran all over the place! Even two plug in's to the exterior!

OH, AND GOOD MORNING TO All

Ken

That's more like it! Haha... Thanks, I've made an inquiry (texted). Not sure about the amount of rust... Is that anywhere near you?
Shelbyvilles about 45 minutes south of Nashville. Let me know if you want some better pictures. Be happy to take a ride down for ya.

Thanks for the offer. That would be great. I'll have to wait until I hear back! The body rust and on the frame may be a killer.

Put some tow mirrors on my work truck this morning, don't know why they sold a 2500hd without them? Heading to the parts store to get a stereo adapter so I can have more than am fm. Later I get to weld up a Gannon blade for a customer then relax a bit

I never understood that either Chris.
