I was working on the passenger side electric window in the 85 Ford van and the rain started again. Must be a broken wire in the hinge harness. I can run wires from the battery and the window works.

My super duty broke the ground, it's a bigger wire and couldn't handle the flexing. Broke in the driver side and the passenger didn't work because of how they are wired. Just a thought if you get stumped

Odd, guess you get to take apart your door.

So I just worked a 16 hour day with no breaks and get to sleep a few hours and go back to finish up before the cleaners show up. I can't wait for this to be done. I feel like I'm in prison.

Well my back hurts to bad to keep working today. Was hoping to get more done but gonna go home and rest

Well this was my cj8 a few years back when I restored it for my father in law, to bad he didn't take care of it.

That's to bad.
It's good for the most part, it gives me the chance to build it the way I want, I just ordered a couple grand worth of parts to start with. I'm going to do a frame off on it it really makes it easier on the whole thing when it is as simple as a jeep.

As long as the body bolts don't snap off they are very easy to restore. Nice simple wiring.
