Good morning all. Taking the day off if work today. Still recovering from that damn double hernia surgery (last Thursday). Feel like I was hit by a truck! I know it'll be better in the long run, but I'm ready to be at that point already!

I over did it to early in my second one and caused a years worth of pain. They say within a week or so you will be back to moving around like normal, that is a lie.
