It was 91 on the drive today
Got everything. Tri tip turned out perfect, pork ribs were good but could have used another 30 minutes and a bit less rub. Beef ribs were great but not enough meat on them. I need to keep practicing but I want to build a new smoker that is a bit more efficient.
It was in the 60,s today, absolutely beautiful in tator country. Mowed the grass for the first time. I wanted to wait but the wife wanted it pretty for easter
