Hi Guys, I've been fighting with my credit card company for months now about a scam. In 2016 I got a call from the local high school to see if I would donate to their sports program so I did, I was supposed to get a banner and crap for doing so, after a few months I asked my buddy who works with the sports dept about my banner and he said they don't call businesses to get donations. I looked up the company (Poseidon Media Group) who charged my card. Well every BBB note is that they are a scam company same as yelp and any other review site. I wrote it off as I got swindled for 239 bucks. Then comes January of 2017 I get a call from the same guy asking if I would continue my donation for the 2017 year, I told him no and that the school never received my money the year before. He simply said ok and said he would take me off his call list. I thought nothing of it until November when I realized there was a charge in January, May and November from their company all for 239 each so I call my credit card company and dispute the charges. About a month goes by and on Dec 20th I see another charge from this company who was supposedly blocked already. Then I get a letter back from my credit company saying they cancelled my dispute because this scam company told them that I authorized each payment and they have proof. So since then it has been a battle going back and forth of they can't produce proof and I have nothing more than my side of the story, I keep reopening it to try and get farther and finally last week when I told them to just close my credit card because I didn't want to deal with a company that sided with a known scammer over a customer that spends close to a million a year with them. Finally they got off their ass and are finally going to try and do something. I am so ready to not be a business owner any more. Way more headache than anyone should have to deal with.

We had a charge showing up on my moms checking account with unauthorized charges, I contacted the bank several times, they were unwilling to give me the name of the company or block the company. I closed the account, moved our checking account, savings account, ira, to another bank. Problem solved.
They don't seem to care until they loose you.

I had a business account at a bank. A payment to Paypal came out. I don't have a Paypal account. I disputed it, the bank would do nothing, so I closed the account.

Chris, be glad you are not in Missouri. They just voted to cut unemployment to the lowest in the country. Governor needs the money to pay his lawyer. He is being investigated for extortion.
