Our current house has been paid off for 18 years. But it has gone from an owner-occupied neighborhood to all rentals.

Not yet, looking like I might need a sledgehammer to get into the Jeep. We got freezing rain then about 3 inches of snow.

Sitting watching the news and the reporter said that some thug who was being held for shooting into a parked vehicle was being held with almost a billion dollar bond...wonder how much the bailbondsman charges for that...
