How's the legalized cannabis investment turning out?
I'm nearly 62 years old. I have never heard anyone's rent going down because of a bad economy. It is a safe investment.
Not great. Maybe down the road.
I agree, they are not making any more land. Housing is still low here and interest rates are low, its a win win.
