Snow elevation was about 100 feet above my house. Hills are white, just wet here

Im working on plans for my room addition, I measured out my master bedroom and bath and it's 714 SF currently. This house was definitely built for a Batchelor. It's going to be ridiculously huge when I'm done. I am adding a second basement that will house a 12 x 18 walk in gun safe and a wine cellar, then on the main floor will be a great room that is 30 x 30 with a complete wall of windows to finally take advantage of our views and a new fireplace. Then off that room it's 20 x 22 arra that connects to the main house that will have a bar and a 1/2 bathroom. I will then have a house of most people's dreams.
