Here's my 110 year old duplex I've been working on. Gutted and redid just about everything. Just painted the exterior but still have to do both covered porches. I can't wait for it to be done and rented.
I hope so but that hasn't been the past. I still have a bunch to do. I'm tearing off the side of the carport back to just posts, that crappy wall was built by a renter. The neighbors stole three feet of my land so I'm battling that so I can put a fence up. I found the property pins and they acknowledged but now avoid me. They have a broken down car, a boat and a travel trailer hanging over onto my property. I already hauled off a load of their trash that was there. Tomorrow I think ill take all those satellite dishes off the roof.

Chris, are you adding a smoker to the BBQ?
By the way, I use a smoker box, that I toss into the propane BBQ, for a real smoky flavor. I simply add a few pieces of water soaked mesquite onto the grill, and once it gets hot, that Santa Maria smell begins to enhance the flavor inside the BBQ. They would make great presents for a welder like you.

Great. Unfortunately, burning wood in Kommiefornia is up to the illustrious Governor to decide IF we can do such a thing.
