My uncle Raymond was wounded twice, D Day and Okinawa. Toughest man I ever knew. He ended up as a cop and afraid of nothing. A guy threatened him with a gun, he jerked it out of the guy's hand and hit him in the side of the head with it. He then spun the gun around, told the guy to get in the car or he would blow his head off.

Good morning everyone!
I had to hurry up this morning and feed the dogs and get their walk done, feed the birds, and water plants before it got too hot. Only 8am and it's 83 degrees already and supposed to be 105 today. It'll probably reach 107. They are always a couple degrees short in the forecast.

Ouch!!
Got 88 today. A beautiful day for a 5 mile walk around the reservoir, with my earbuds blasting 70's music. Doesn't get much better than that.
