Only one building here is a real estate agent. He is building rentals. He is 38 and already owns 40-50 houses. Hid dad and granddad both were agents and owned properties. I did a lot of work for them. His grandmother, about 20 years ago, donated 20 acres for a new sheriff's office/jail. When they tried to buy another 10 from her, she gave them that too. It was prime real estate, right off the main road.
