Morning. Bacon, eggs and hashbrowns sound great. Instead, a cup of coffee, my pain pills, and a banana. Losing weight is a bitch.
Im just getting fatter with all this sitting around
 
Heavy with sausage. gravy and biscuit and a couple of eggs over medium

No lunch, I rarely have a lunch

Fish & chips with slaw about 16:00
 
Coffee and banana for breakfast, a green salad with avocados for lunch, and Skinny Pop popcorn for dinner, after a 3 mile walk. 40 days later, im down ounces, not pounds. WTF!

I know. My youngest son (27) who is autistic, gets no exercise. He eats two meals a day and has managed to go from 409 to 214 in two years.
 
All i have to do is look at food to gain weight. I gave up on being trim and fit, now ill just be happy to not gain weight
 
Im officially bored and every chair in the house is now uncomfortable. Guess i could just have a glass of whiskey and go to bed early.
