I love that idea, but you should leverage your property to purchase the riverside property. Land is something they don't make anymore. And who knows, some fool like me may want to buy a piece of the old land?
 
Crap, car has a rear flat and they don't come with a spare. Called a friend with a tow truck to pick it up in the a.m. Son has a dr appt in the afternoon out of town. Going to be cutting it close.
 
I slept halfway decent, only woke up 30 minutes before my slarn
 
Thought we would sleep good. We shut the bedroom door, then cranked the mini split down to 70 degrees. Damn, it was like a meat locker in there, and now I'm freezing and it is 530 AM. So much for that experiment.

Took a job to keep a couple guys busy, never should have taken it. Spent my last two days here for basically free because my guys move like snails when there is not a lot of work
