Im trying to get things lined up. Me and my brother are going there in june so im trying to get any paperwork or plans set in place so we can take care of it all while there. She only wants to go through things and later in the summer think about srlling the houses. You know so we can spend a few grand to keep them and lose 100k in market value.

My mom turns 89 June 4th. I'm flying up to Cincinnati the 31st to see her and my oldest son and then to DC to see my youngest and his gf.
