Still just sleeping 3-4 hours a night. 50 degrees here. Heading out for an IV in a little while.
Ive been doing pretty good sleeping, i can usually get about 5 hours before i toss and turn. Mine at the moment is mostly stress from work. We are in a wierd transition from being busy making money to being busy not making money.

My arthritis pain keeps me from sleeping. I have a cream I can put on my feet but it takes 45 minutes for it to kick in and only lasts a couple hours.

My grandson was out running around with friends last night when his mother called and told him to come home. 30 minutes later, 3 of the 4 he had been with died in a car wreck.

He is a good kid. He is working 40 hours a week at Dominos, taking college classes and has been working weekends cleaning the trash out of houses for a house flipper. He is only 17 and graduated high school early.

Evening Chris, no work this week, my friend Ronnie has the vid. If I could afford it I would come out and visit Chris for a couple weeks.
Id love to have no work for a week. My shop could use some hood cleaning. My brother is a nessy mechanic
