Couple hours more than usual. Dr wants me to take 4 Tramadols a day, but I have not taken any. Pain meds don't usually work for me anyway

I spent all day adding shelves to the office closet and using mud to feather the drywall in the hole patch, with no nap. I don;t remember hitting the pillow, but I was out for 8 hours. Today, I am sore all over and only 1/4 done.
