You won't have enough to cool it much when it gets over 95 ambient.
I have two 7 ton units and the Move'nCool. A bit over100sf than yours and 18 ft ceilings, Six inch exterior walls and stucco w/Ins in walls and ceiling! All the windows are solid 4' glass block and only a couple of them that are total around 12sf.

I have a 2 ton unit in my home shop. It's 1200 sf on the first floor and 1000 sf on the second with no insulation on the lid snd it keeps it 73 all year round. If I need more, I'll add more. Just don't want to overkill if I don't need to.
