I've worked with enough of those type. I was also a project manager before I started my company. I need a good excavator operator and a few laborers with brains

I hired and fired several through the years. Most of the people I found to be stupid. They just could not learn.
We get those all the time. It just baffles me.

Starting back in the 80s I would get recent high school grads who could not tell time. They had no idea what the marks were on a tape measure. They could not add 2+2 without a calculator. And most were just lazy. The last ten years that I worked full time I did one man jobs only.

Well the infusion went well, another one next Tuesday. Then the 1st of March, my 13th blood draw since August.
I'll probably go to being a one or two man show once the economy drops. I dont have much interest in building back up again although I'd like to get a bigger excavator and nicer dump truck first.
