Had two rentals on the market. One is sold as of today. They offered 20k less than asking which was not inflated. Countered back and forth 4 times and finally I said to decline their bid, im not playing this game. They came back and paid full price. I bet the other will be sold next week.

My iron level is a wee bit low. Normal range is 65 to 175, mine is 18. Iron saturation, normal is 15 to 60, mine is 4.5. That is why I am so tired. Looks like I am going to get a couple iron infusions.
