Hey Barrie. Went up on the roof to replace a small trim piece today. The cut was perfect. I crawl up the ladder, set the quart of paint on the roof. It slid right off, onto the concrete. Guess how many hours I spent pressure washing?

So I have a credit score of 788, I own 12 pieces of property, my wife and I own 4 businesses, her credit score is 800. We don't have any cars or toys financed. Tried to refinance the house to lower the payment, not taking any money out and we were denied because I didn't pay myself a w2 in 2019.
