Cable is broke off at the bottom linkage. Panel is off. Can't really see down in there even with a mirror. I have tried pulling up on the bottom latch but it does not move. I will try to get picture if it quits raining.

No panel access to the top of the door, top half of door is solid.
Any way to get ahold of the cable end with a pair of vise grips?

I have pulled up on the bottom one, but not sure if the latch goes straight up.
I can't remember if that is like a pin that goes into a hole or a finger like that goes around a loop bolted to the van.
If you can get pictures it will help.
