So my wife just confronted one of her clients about possibly firing her after 10 years of service. They hired a new controller who is lazy and doesn't like my wife because she is all business all the time. She has been working at this for a year or so, the owners started asking the typical questions you get before you get let go, I made her call them out so she doesn't give to much info on how she does her job. If they are going to get rid of her, no sense in training your replacement, cut the cord and make them suffer a little.

Mark, you may need to unretire. I was reading there are 231 tax increases on the ballot in California.
I think the safer bet would be to move.
Yeah, the plan is for us both get a Medicare supplemental, acceptable in another state. I get mine in August. So that's when we will be packing up and getting the F out of this God forsaken shithole. That is, if we survive the coronavirus, since they are landing 271 evacuees at Ontario Airport, 15 minutes away. This happens tomorrow.
