I think its getting better, had to quit the pain pills, they just made me tired. It's such a long recovery that I'm not expecting anything quickly.
I hear you on trying to kick back and do nothing, it's hard to do.
I'm gonna start cleaning rifles today
That should be easy on the shoulder.

Its easier to heard chicken, never been successful at hearding cats

Now you understand my mindset the first year I retired.
I showered, checked my email, walked the dog, talked with a few neighbors, came home and tore apart my Roomba, lubing it and cleaning it, mowed the lawn after putting gas in the mower, just had lunch, watching This old House, then will take a one hour nap. At 4pm, my bro and sis in law are coming over, where we will BBQ some thick rib eyes, and kill a few bottles of wine. They will leave at 11pm, and I'll go to bed. Life of a retiree!

If the weather is good I clean up my car, now the lawn. Being alone I clean up my house, do laundry. Go out to eat, meet up with friends.
