Made some outriggers and a bracket for rod holders for my kayak. I wanted to raise the seat and it made it a lot less stable. Guess I'll head to the lake in the morning so I can do the final cementing of the fittings. Might have to take a couple poles and chase a bass.

No, this was done by a reputable (said tongue and cheek) contractor back in 1994. The former owners were towel heads and I guess they liked that job. I am ripping out and starting over with another contractor, with me looking over his shoulder VERY closely. The ceiling is currently coming down.

What's up with the pex tied into the other plumbing? Sure is alot of piping for a bathroom.

You should see what I uncover here in idaho from 100 years of not requiring permits for anything. I have one place that I swear was built out of the neighborhood scrap and trash.
