Would rather have done flooring today. Cut grass at my daughter's house. Cleaned up a bunch of stuff over there. Recharged my van AC. Started tearing down a lawnmower to fix it. Making one from three.

Hey, Barrie, any idea why my van AC compressor kicks off every few seconds?
Low on freon maybe?

I had that issue with my Ford F-350. The magnets that pull the compressor on were weak. The fix was to remove a shill behind the pulley. Cheap, easy fix.

If there is air in the system it will throw the pressures off or its low on freon.
