Morning all. Finally found time to go to the range today to shoot my newly worked handgun. My son is also going, and bringing an 80% .45 cal AR with a 60 round canister type magazine.

From that burn on the wrist, did someone get too friendly with the barrel?
He is still playing with the build, and finally found a stock Glock .45 cal 30 round mags fit perfectly. There is no sights yet, nor any wrist supports, and was able to place all 60 rounds into a 5" target at 15 yards. I can imagine once sights are added and some other add on's, it will be effective to about 100 yards out. The way it was half built, ya gotta be far enough from that butt stock extension so it wouldn't give you a black eye with the minor rearward recoil.
Oh, that burn happened last week when I was adding 29 bags of those red chip mulch to the backyard. I scratched the shit out of my arm and the red coloring tattoo'ed my arm.
