Yes it's expensive, but rent is completely wasted money. When you own your home the interest and property taxes are tax deductible, and over time you do amass wealth in the value of your house... you just have to be careful about what house you buy.

I'm just venting because A/C went out upstairs and costing a grand to have the coils replaced. My house was new when I bought it 7 years ago, it set on the market for almost 2 years before we purchased and shortly after moving in a lot of my surrounding neighbors started having issues with theirs, anything from the coils going bad, to units having to be replaced or even both issues, yes we all had the same builder. I've never rented, not that there's anything wrong with renting. Just pisses me off the way builders use shitty products in their houses.

Nice. I'll remember to call you when I pull the motor out of the bronco. Hopefully mine will be easy. I'm pulling the front clip. I just need to pull the donor motor apart and figure out if it's going to be a quick rebuild or stroker kit.
