I'm sitting on the picnic table in the back where my property was cleared watching flocks of quail, a rabbit, and a family of chipmunks. It's super peaceful.

I agree and could not do city living like that either. But when I visit I find that they keep busy. I'm happy they will now have a back yard with a huge tree so they can finally get a dog. My son said there's a community garden a half block away behind them where they can get a plot to grow...
